Shipping and delivery time

We ship orders within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment, provided the items are in stock. If this is not the case, you will be notified. With most payment methods we receive immediate notification that the money has been received, but with some payment methods this takes a little longer. Please take this into account!

Letterbox mail is usually delivered the next day (PostNL delivers letterbox mail on Tuesday to Saturday), but it can sometimes take a few days before you receive the order.

Parcel post is usually delivered the next day (not on Sundays). You will receive a tracking code from us with which you can keep an eye on when the order will be delivered. The information is usually available in the evening or early morning. Occasionally, parcel post is delivered after 2 days.

PostNL often uses an adjusted delivery schedule during public holidays. It is also not always possible for us to deliver the mail to PostNL.

Collection is also possible, a safe number and code will be provided by email, these are located in the driveway at our house. You can indicate this when paying for the order. Collecting the order is always free.

Complaint

If you have a complaint, you can send an email
to: info@drukendeco.nl. Please state clearly what your complaint entails and if your complaint relates to an order, please also state the order number. We will process your complaint as soon as possible. You will receive an email with our response within 5 working days, so that we can resolve the matter. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. 

It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This
ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.

How do you make a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) plant terrarium?

Very simple, after we have received your order we will get to work for you in our plant studio. We pack everything you need to assemble your own terrarium in a sustainable way and in a specially developed shipping box. This way you can be sure that the recycled bottle, green fresh bulb mosses, substrates and of course the plants will be delivered to you in optimal condition by the delivery person.

How do I assemble the terrarium? In addition to all the 'parts' you need to make your own Woonhero terrarium or mini ecosystem, you will also receive our '5-step manual'. You can create your own unique terrarium in 5 simple steps and by scanning the QR code on the manual you can also watch the DIY video online.
